More about the treatment: Treatments are 60 to 90 minutes long and are best performed in a series of 8-10 sessions, twice A week for the first two treatments and once a week moving forward depending on area treated. Treatment areas are: Stomach, Hips/Butt, Thighs, Upper Arms, Back and Chin. Treatments are focused on only one area per series. Treatments do not hurt, and are FDA approved. Although your treatment is completely painless, you will hear a pitched hum or ringing in your ears. This is completely normal/safe, And should be expected. If you feel that is causing discomfort then please let your therapist know and she will adjust the frequency for you.

Hydrate, Starting the day before and day of treatment, you should consume at least 2-3 liters of room temperature water.

Avoid heavy meals at least two hours prior to treatment; avoid alcohol seventy-two hours pre and post-treatment; avoid pre workouts, caffeine, soda, carbonated drinks and fatty food before and the day of treatment. Red, irritated or broken skin cannot be treated. If you are on your cycle you must reschedule. Please inform me if you have taken any blood-thinning, Photosensitive medications, steroids or antibiotics within the last two weeks. Remove any lotion from your skin that is on the treated area where loose fitted clothing on the day of your treatment.

In order to maintain our high standards of results, we need a little help from you, or clients, to help work with the treatments, not against them. Here are a few things you can do at home to ensure you are getting the best possible results from our treatments. It is strongly recommended that you detox your body for 3 consecutive days before your scheduled treatment session. Lemon water is good for detoxing the liver. Avoid eating for 1hr After each treatment session. No heavy meals on the day of your treatment. No alcohol for 72 hours after each session. No junk food. Strictly limit alcohol, carbonated drinks, caffeine, pre workouts, sugars, saturated/trans fats and carbohydrates during the course of your program you have committed to with your Body Contourist. Avoid fasting, eat clean and healthy, but do not fast.

Fasting might encourage your body to become more resistant to the release of stored fat. Do increase water intake. This is ESSENTIAL! You must drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water per day, Water is recommended before treatments and after treatments for the next 72 hours. No sauna, tanning and avoid direct exposure to the sun during the course of your program. No hot showers. Only cool/lukewarm showers Or baths because your skin will still be healing from the extreme heat and could feel raw or sunburned (Some redness or soreness is normal).

Do exercise. Within three hours following treatment, you must engage in 30 minutes of light cardio exercise. These could be walking, going to the gym, cleaning the house or even dancing. We need you to elevate your heart rate. Do try to give yourself a lymphatic massage or dry brushing techniques a few times through the week 5 to 10 minutes each time is all that's needed. It is healthful if you wear shape where 4-8 hours each day throughout the course of your program To encourage lifting, tightening and contouring.

Between 6 and 12 sessions might be required, depending on the area being treated and your desired goals. It is also recommended to perform ongoing maintenance treatments to maintain your results if you do not practice clean eating and exercise which is encouraged before and after treatments. Six is the recommended number of sessions to achieve optimal results. If you are starting off at a heavier weight, you would need more sessions.

Fat reduction cavitation does not affect the blood vessels, nerves or connective tissue so these treatments are completely safe with limited side effects. It is impossible to experience redness, swelling, bruising or welting to the area that is being treated. Urinating right after our excessive thirst and nausea immediately after treatment, but will surely disappear by drinking water.

Because most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare a room for your treatment, we have Cancellation Policies in place. In order to provide you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we kindly ask for the following considerations: CANCELLATION POLICY & FEES

• We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

• All "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

This cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability. Without sufficient notice, we end up turning away other clientele who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. ARRIVAL TIME Please arrive for your appointment 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows for extra time to attend to your paperwork etc. Arriving early will not guarantee your service will start before your scheduled appointment time. LATE ARRIVALS We understand that sometimes things happen outside of your control to make you late for your appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, but unfortunately it will limit the time allocated for your treatment, or we may need to reschedule your appointment. If we have to reschedule your appointment, you will be responsible for 50% of the value of the original service(s).
